Find affordable residential complexes in L Zone Dwarka

The property rates have always been high in the metropolitan cities and especially in the case of Delhi; the rates have always been high and most of the middle-class population that lives in Delhi or shifts to the city for work or other purposes are unable to find good homes that fit in the budget. The NCR and surrounding regions have been overpopulated for such reasons and most people cannot enjoy what is called a comfortable life in the city due to connectivity and such issues.

DDA’s Land Pooling Policy to make homes affordable

The Delhi Development Authority has recognized the dire need of affordable homes in areas with good land availability so that the overpopulation issue is resolved in the city and NCR regions. The Land Pooling Policy has a few areas under the plan that will have high standard homes at affordable rates. Of all the areas under the list, the L Zone Dwarka is the land that has most availability and potential to have luxury homes. The Delhi Government has approached builders and is building projects under the CGHS format that will make flats affordable for the people.
